being right across from the outlet mall and not too far from center of Augustine
yes we ask for a king bed, and got a standard, staff didnt care when we told them
Nothing, it was horrible!!!
Room smell horrible and AC was sooo loud
It was cheap, pet friendly, and a decent location.
The hotel is beginning to fall apart. Cracks in the drywall, a few bugs, a little dingy. This hotel was an okay price at $66, but I wouldn't consider paying any more for it. I would only recommend this hotel if you're looking for a cheap place to bunk for the night.
Booking was easy and the stay was pleasant with clean rooms and friendly staff.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. For the price, it was very nice and the drive to the beaches wasn't that bad. It was a decent location to drive to the historic district and the rooms were well-kept.
The room definitely needed to be updated. The shower drain was broken and there was a plastered part of the wall so it made the hotel look cheaper. Everything else was fabulous though, especially for the price.
The front desk staff were very friendly.
The bathroom tile was cracking in several places. The wear and tear are just too noticeable and it no longer carries the branding set by the Ramada name for superior quality. We requested close proximity to old town and it was over 10 miles away.
Excellent location, we were right across from the Premium Outlets and 2 minutes away from the Prime Outlets. Also it was only a few miles away from Downtown St. Augustine. In the room the bed was so comfortable. Another good thing is that they serve breakfast. nice hotel to go with the family.
The outlet malls and restaurants nearby.
The price, the service/amenities
Foam pillows were so old they felt like sawdust in a pillowcase. A/C broken, either full cold or off with no thermostat control. Showerhead was a massaging head and non-adjustable, pressure too forceful and sprayed out the side of the shower since non adjustable. Hair dryer would not work, as it blew the GFI circuit everytime it was turned on. Sign outside advertised rooms for $49, but when asked about the rate was told that was not the current rate, had to pay $30 over that. Breakfast promised from 6-10 actually ended at 9:30.
Staff enter the wrong date into the system and had me down for a no-show. The first room the floor was wet and smelled bad so the hotel changed our room. The second room was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the title was loose, the phone did not work, and my husband cleaned the a/c filter for the a/c to work.
It was dirty, old, run down and DIRTY!
The pool was nice and relaxing, staff very nice.
Our room smelt like straight up mold.....
Bad coffee, rooms small, bed too soft, lost our reservations, we were to have 2 kings, they told us they don't even have two kings, over charged for the queen, disorganized
The towels in the room had hair in them and dirty, very nasty
The room was noisy due to traffic and sheets did not appear to be clean the first night.
